What Does This USG Report Of Pelvis Indicate?

USG PELVIS REPORT
CLINICAL HISTORY : C/O P/V BLEEDING SINCE 1.5 MONTHS

Anteverted bulky uterus measures 9.1 x 5.3 x 6.2 cms – shows normal shape / eco appearance.

Endometrial echo is thick, measures 17mm in thickness – Uterine cavity has normal appearance. No abnormal collection seen within. No focal myometrial lesion seen.

Cervix shows 26 x 30 mm anechoic thick walled cystic Posterior enhancement well seen.

Both ovaries show normal echoappearance

No solid / cystic focal lesion seen on either side.

No obvious adnexal lesion seen at this study

No localized / free collection noted in the pelvic cavity

Moderately distended bladder shows normal appearance

Impression : BULKY UTERUS SHOWS THICK ENDOMETRIUM. 26 X 30 MM POSTERIOR WALL CERVICAL CYSTIC LESION, LIKE AN INFECTED NABOTHIAN CYST.
