What Does Thick Vaginal Discharge And Itching During Pregnancy Indicate?

Hi. I am 15 weeks.pregnant and was tested.positive for chlamydia. I was treated and retested. It was negative. But i have discharge from my urethra. Its white and thick. And i occassionally itch there. I aloso tested negative for a urinary tract infection. What could be wrong
