What Does The Ultrasound Regarding Increased Compatible With Fatty Change Indicate?

Hi, I am 39 year old man. I just received my ultra sound HBS. It states that liver tissue echoes are increased compatible with fatty change. A hypeechoic focus is seen adjacent to gall bladder suggestive of fatt sparing. Common bile duct is normal measuring 3 mm in diameter. A 7mm echogenic focus seen adherent to the gallbladder wall due to a polyp. The gallbladder wall is not thickened. I do not feel any pain in my abdomen. Pls help to explain and whether I should be concern. Thank you.
