Welcome to health care magic.

1.The features in the report suggest that there is an inflammatory changes seen in the uterine myometrium with altered echo-pattern, bulky. Endometrial thickening appears normal ( features suggest adenomyosis)
2.Rest of the scan appears normal, kidneys normal, ovaries normal, no collection in the pelvis.
3.In the case the probable symptoms you are facing could be excessive bleeding per vagina with pelvic discomfort / pain.
4.Treatment in the case includes a hormonal treatment / a course of antibiotics.
5.Finally if does not show any help - hysterectomy is the treatment of choice. Good luck.

Hope i have answered your query.
