What Does The Serum Test Results Indicate?

hi dr,my serum creatinine method enzymatic -result -1.3, serum electrolytes_method-ise sodium 142 and potassium 5.9 and ,chloride 107 i am 74 years.ht -154 cms wt-82 kg ,bp-160|80. pulse-88,and bmi-34 . my dr advice me to take -k`bind powder,what is my health-condition . please help me.

your serum creatinine level is high normal. sodium level is normal but potassium level is slight high. your chloride level is normal. you are suffering from hyperkalemia. means high potassium. potassium level is very sensitive and its abnormality leads to life threatning arrythmias. so follow your physician's advice. and take treatment accordingly
