First of all, amount, reaction, liqufaction all are normal . The fructose positivity also indicates to normal functioning of prostate . Now, the total count of sperm is within normal limit . Motility is also within normal limit. But the point is mildly elevated count of abnormal sperm. Others are within normal limit.
Now, you have to do a test regarding the morphology analysis of sperm. That will also give morevaluable opinion.
But overall, the report is ok.
