Am Swarna, am pregnant now nearly 15 weeks, i had a blood test recently, which shows the below result, pl clarify what it is
the test was taken at the gestational age of 13 weeks and one day
Level of free hcg 45.95 mlU/l at 24-01-2014 1.51 Mom
Level of PAPP-A 13148 mIU/l at 24-01-2014 : 4.04MoM
Marker values have been corrected by, weight (76 Kg), Asian
Down's Syndrome Risk; 1:1256 calculated as risk at delivery date. Low Risk. THe maternal age related risk for Down's syndrome is 1:561
Edwards' and Patau's syndrome Risk; 1:10133 calculated as Risk at delivery date. Low Risk

This test done is called Double Marker study. I would like to know your present age.In this free hcg levels and PAPP-a ( pregnancy associated plasma protein A) is checked to see aneuploidies (chromosomal defects) in baby.
The interpretation of the test is ok for you as it is showing low risk for trisomy 21, 18 and 13, and so are the respective names of the syndromes. However the risk value is higher acc. to your age.
Your dr. must also have got Level 1 scan which shows Nuchal fold thickness.
