Hi. Thanks for your concern for your partner who is getting pain at ejaculation, pain in the testicles up to his groin and has black sort of a smudge which is growing larger by day. What is there is to afraid to go to the Doctor? To get a proper clinical evaluation, actual examination one needs to see a Doctor. The problem can be epididdymo-orchitis or varicocele. He needs hte following: Clinical evaluation by a Doctor and to get an order for investigations of the blood, semen, urine, ultrasonography of hte abdomen and the scrotum. Once diagnosed the treatment can be guided and curable; he will also see the black sort of a smudge you have talked about and have a definite diagnosis to rule out any serious thing like a melanoma.
