General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I understand your concern.

Abdominal pain associated with testicular pain are suggestive of genital issues (trauma or infection). Immediate evaluation by urologist is highly recommended.

As the abdominal pain has lasted for a few days now, and before you had diarrhea, then, it's time to get further examined by your gp as soon as possible.

Dizziness and weakness could be due to dehydration from losing fluids and electrolytes from diarrhea.

Until you see your gp, I advise to take:
- plenty of fluids (especially plain water with oral rehydration salts)
- take probiotics to stabilize intestinal flora
- if still diarrhea, take tasectan or pepto bismol
- fennel supplement for abdominal pain

Wish fast recovery.
