Hi
Thanks for your query
Based on your query, my opinion is
1. Bilirubin levels are slightly above normal limits.
2. Direct bilirubin levels usually reflect conjugated bilirubin.
3. High conjugated bilirubin needs to be evaluated for any ongoing hemolysis. As RBC broken down at a faster rate reflected by increased release of Hemoglobin and then bilirubin which is conjugated and reflected in the blood as raised conjugated bilirubin.
4. Since your liver functions are normal that means problem if any is outside liver.
5. Get a complete hemogram done and peripheral smear to know anemia if any.
6. If you have no symptoms, then not to bother.
Hope this helps
Regards
