welcome to Health care magic.
1.Your report says - degenerative disc disease at different levels of the lumbar and sacral spine.
2.There is disc bulge in in the L3-S1 causing pressure effect on the theca sac / spinal spinal canal.
3.At L4-S1 there is compression on the nerve passing through the foramen.
4.This condition is seen as age related degenerative changes / post traumatic / weight bearing work.
5.This is initially treated with simple back exercises, followed by physiotherapy. Final stage of treatment is operative / interventional procedure.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
