Hello and welcome to HCM,
The symptoms of fever and increased urge of urinate suggests urinary tract infection. Presence of 3-5 leukocytes per hpf further confirms the presence of urinary tract infection.
You need get an antibiotic prescribed for the urine infection.
Sterile urine after 48 hours of incubation rules out presence of specific infectious agent in urine.
Inorder of assess increase or decrease in neutrophils the total leukocyte count should also be known.
There is slight increase in bilirubin and SGPT levels which suggest some abnormality of the liver.
Liver function tests need to be done to know the status of liver.

Thanks and tale care
