What Does The MRI Result Suggest?

I recently had MRI for neck, mid and low back pain with one of the results as follow: Note is made of what appears to be an atypical hemangioma at T12, without surrounding bone marrow edema or definite corresponding abnormality on plain films. Numerous additional hemangiomas and/or areas of focal fat are present elsewhere in the thoracic and lumbar spine. Could this atypical hemiangioma be causing pain that radiates around from my mid back to the front of my mid-chest?
