The ultrasound report shows a nodule which is 43 x 27 x 22 mm in the right lobe of thyroid and is most likely a benign lesion. You need to do thyroid blood tests to know if the thyroid function is abnormal. Because of its size, you may wait a few months and then decide on surgical treatment. Rarely, if left alone, it can grow further and develop into a cancer.
