What Does Small Anacheoic Area Adajacent To The Gestaional Sac Mean?
I had a scan a couple of days ago and the gestational sac measured 19mm but there was no yolk or embryo...my scan summary also states there is a small anacheoic area adajacent to the gestaional sac...please could someone explain what does this mean...thank you so much

there is a terminology called empty gestational sac..bt ur weeks r v.important..if ur gestational age is 7 wks,then it is really problematic u should immediately consult ur gynaecologist
