Hi there , I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options .

1 ) First of all do not panic.

2 ) I can appreciate that you must be worried about the pregnancy status of your sister.

3 ) I will suggest Following for your sister -
Please take bed rest. Do not exert yourself.
Please seek prescription support from your treating doctor for getting micronized progesterone tablets and injection of Human chorionic gonadotropin. Use of vitamin C tablets on daily basis will be of help.

4 ) If Repeat USG after 2 weeks will be of help to know the gestational age and viability of pregnancy.

Till then, be relaxed and think positive. All things will be fine in the due course of time.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
Dr. Purushottam Neurgaonkar.
