meaning of uterus bulky in size and anteverted in shape.myometrical echoes appear heterogeneous.both ovaries shows cyst of size 9x7mm on right ovary and 10x8mm on left ovary. uterus size:103x63x47mm, R.O:29x17mm, L.O:29x16mmm.what does this mean and remedy

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The ultrasound report shows that the uterus is placed in normal position i.e. anteverted.
There is presence of cyst measuring approximately 1 cm each in each of the ovaries.
Cyst are common in ovaries.
They are asymptomatic in majority of cases.
However, you need to remain vigilant regarding the conversion of these cysts into malignant.
In case of any menstrual abnormality consult your gynecologist immediately.
At this point of time the ovarian cysts do not show any feature of malignant transformation.
