What Does "motility-80% And Sperm Count-34.7 Million" In Semen Analysis Suggest?
please evaluate the semenal analysis of my husband. color-milky, time collected-2:05pm, time examined-2:11pm, time liquified-4:00pm, volume-2.5ml, motility-80%, sperm count-34.7mil/ml, consistency-vis, pus cells-4-8/hpf, rbc-2-3/hpf, normal head-73%, round head-5%, pin head-21%, amorphous head-1%

As an Urologist, i can opine that, grossly, this report is normal, except for showing infection, which needs to be treated with a course of antibiotics.
The sperm count should be minimum 20million/ml, which is seen.(34.7).
The motility should be above 60%, which's also seen.(80%).
The morpholology of 73%, is also normal.(minimum 60%).
Infection can be controlled ,with taking Doxycycline twice daily for 1 week.
