I had a sleep study, here are the results. Not sure whatt they mean I am 49 years old
Sleep efficiency 93%
REM Latency is 88 minutes
Evidence of 97obstructive events-the longest event is 30 seconds
The lowest saturation is 80%
Apnea-hypopnea index is 13
supine index is 14
the apnea-hypopnea index in REM is 30%
