Probably you are suffering from intestinal infection. Normally there shouldn't be any pus cells in stool. Excess vegetable cells also indicate about this. You need culture of stool so that proper antibiotics can be prescribed.You also need proper amount of fluid intake.
Some mucus in stool is thought to be quite common.You have mild mucus in stool,it can be related to infection.
