My stool test results show traces do occult blood, mucus present, reaction is acidic, pus cells 3-4 hpf,
0-1red blood cells, cysts entamoeba coli and e.histolyica, fat globules present and epithelial cells 4-6hpf.

Can you please tell me what this means as I am in india and have seen worms in my stools and have a lot of stomach pain despite the test results saying no parasites and no larvae.

According to test results you have intestinal infection. You should get prescribed metronidazole and nalidixic acid for clearance of infection form your doctor.
As you have seen the worms and they are not shown in your stool report then you can take deworming medications and worm infection is very common in india and it sometimes can be missed in stool report. Also for deworming you just need to take single dose albendazole and it needs to be repeated after 15 days.
Kindly take all these medicines only after consulting the doctor in proper dosage advised by him.
