PCOD is confirmed by clinical assessment,radiological and biochemical findings.So,you should be clinically assessed for PCOD like menstrual abnormality,hirsutism etc.You also need PCOD profile test. PCOD is curable disease and it can be managed with medicines. Uterus is normal and endometrial lining is thick.Endometrial thickness varies with stage of period. Hope i have answered your query.
