Hi, dear I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You are gone through T3, T4 and TSH estimation. Your TSH level is high but your T3 and T4 level is low. So it suggest early hypothyroidism. You should go for Free T3 and Free T4 estimation and repeat your TSH level. If it remains persistent high then you need drug treatment.
