What Does My Thyroid Blood Test Result Indicate?

Hello, I ve just received my Thyroid blood results. Please see below - Total Thyroxine (T4) 84 nmol/L 59-154 Thyroid Stimulating Hormone 1.25 mIU/L 0.27 - 4.2 Free Thyroxine 16.1 pmol/l 12.0-22.0 Free T3 4.6 pmol/L3.1-6.8 Cortisol 336 nmol/l Please can you advise me of my next step?

cortosol level is also in normal range..
