Thanks for writing in.

There are small fibroids in the uterus largest measuring 3.4 cms in diameter. By size they are small and not dangerous. You may consult your gynecologist and take medicines for 3 months or 6 months and repeat the ultrasound scan. The endometrium is normal. If your family is complete and this is causing increased bleeding and pain then your doctor may suggest a surgical treatment.
