hi,Dr. Boskey Gandhi is here, in your report, total sperm count is normal, but viscosity of semen is high, & motility is little bit diminished, high viscous semen may not be properly spilled in female genital track during intercourse, in this scenario, semen preparation for intra uterine insemination is good alternative for fertilization, so don't worry at all.
