Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of the report is as follows:
1. The SGPT and SGOT are liver enzymes. These two enzymes are raised in liver diseases. Thus, a complete panel of liver function tests needs to be done to find out the cause of liver dysfunction. The other tests in the liver function tests include- bilirubin, total proteins, albumin, globulin, A:G ratio, alkaline phosphate, and gamma GT.
2. The cholesterol, triglyceride levels are also raised. The normal range for cholesterol is less than 200 mg/dl and normal range for triglycerides is less than 150 mg/dl. You need to take lipid lowering drugs.
3. The uric acid is slightly increased however, no treatment is required at this point. However, you should get the test repeated regularly.

You need to consult your doctor for lipid lowering drugs and detailed liver function tests.

Thanks and take care
