Brief Answer:
Further testing needed

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I understand your concern. First of all, I would need to know when these symptoms started. Do they happen all the time or during specific times of day/night. With these symptoms, I would recommend a complete blood test, sed rate, PCR, electrolytes, blood glucose, BUN, creatinine, albumin, cholesterol and triglyceride levels, also thyroid hormone levels (TSH, T4/T3) and liver function tests (AST/ALT).

Also, for better understanding of your current symptoms, I would need to know your full medical history as well as perform a physical exam.

Without the above information, I am not able to say much about what is causing the symptoms you mention.

Feel free to share test results and medical history and I will be happy to assist you further.

Wishing you good health and all the best.
