What Does My Anomaly Scan Report At 22 Weeks Mean?

Hello Doctor, I am 22 weeks pregnant, after anomaly scan report which mentions mild oligohydramnios , i have been prescribed the following drugs :
Duphaston
Loprin 75 mg
Argitas Sachet
but i have read online that the two of this drugs are contraindications in pregnancy.. please help !!!
