I m 39 yoa. I take birth control and levothroxine for thyroid. I m a powerlifter, too. I m cutting carbs and taking herbalife protein shakes. I m still eating healthy, about 1,700 calories per day. I m 240 pounds, but started out at 250 about three weeks ago. I m two weeks late on my period. I m usually on time because of the birth control. Pregnancy test is negative. Last time I was cutting weight two years ago - 235 to 222 - I had weird periods, too. But I wasn t using herbalife protein. Should I be concerned? I m also on their multi-vitamins.
