Maybe I m being a bit dramatic but a couple of times a month I wake up and my heart is beating so hard. I feel this pulling down feeling in my chest and my heart is pounding in my ears. My vision is blurry too. After about ten minutes I have calmed down enough to try and sleep. Did I start to die in my sleep? I hate to be that girl but yes there are people that have died and been revived so maybe they remember. Yes I do have anxiety issues. EKG is clean. I went to the doctor for palpitations last month.
