i'm 16 year old and i feel like my heart is being squeezed...am so so scared...i cant even sleep! afraid 2 die? i am so so scared....of dying... maybe this is life-threatening.... what s wrong with me???!!! mum and dad say it s not a heart attack... yesterday when i was gonna sleep....i felt my heart being squeezed again...and then for about an hour....my body was vibrating....and i thought i couldnt even feel my legs.... then i felt like going to the bathroom.... i m so so scaaaared
