Am 20years old,weigh about 54kg,
I did a pelvic ultra scan. Please find below the report. Please I need to understand what all the report truly means. It was not properly explained to me.REport- the uterus is normal in size, non gravid and anteverted with a heterogeneous myometrial measuring 66*36*37mm in (LXAPXT) diameters respectively.no evidence of intra/pseudo cheeks or rubric noted. The cavity line(endometrial plate) is observed and exhorting within the endometrium and measures about 3mm in thickness. On the right hand adnexae, there is a hypoechogenic cyst with normal borderline and lumen measuring about 24*28mm size features in keeping with right ovarian cyst. The left adnexae, ovaries and bladder and recto-uterine pouch are free and within normal limits.the internal cervical os is free and within normal limits. Conclusion;right ovarian cyst.Suggest: urine, Hvs,m/c/s may be necessary to R/o PID. Please, what does all this mean?
