OB and GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

The presence of greenish vaginal discharge with foul smell and pain during urination indicates a possible bacterial vaginosis like trichomonas infection with secondary urinary tract infection. This can be treated with a course of 6 days with vaginal anti fungal + antibiotic pessaries along with oral urinary antibiotics. In the meantime you can switch to an alkaline vaginal wash for genital hygiene which can help reduce the infection.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
