What Does Fecal Test Indicating Rare White Blood Cells Mean?

Hello. I'm a 49 year old caucasian female who had a bout of severe diarrhea and severe abd cramping last week with a low grade temp. Nausea, no vomiting. Was guiac positive. CBC CMP revealed elevated white count. Fecal tests came back with rare white blood cells. What does that mean? I can't get through to my FP or gastroenterologist.

It means you have infective diarrhea which needs to be treated.
Take Tab. Metronidazole 400mg 1+1+1 and Tab. Ciprofloxacin 500mg 1+1 for 5 days.
