What Does Continuous Chest Pain With Sore Throat And Headache Indicate?

I have been having aching chest bone pain for last 4 days constantly, some times hurting more than other times. It feels as if someone is pressing down onto my chest. I have developed a sore throat this evening and had headaches sporadically over the last week, i don't know if any of these relate to each other, what could be the possible cause of my chest pain

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having viral infection producing sore throat, generalized body-ache, chest pain and malaise.
Take analgesic medicine like ibuprofen, paracetamol medicine as and when required.
Take rest.
Take plenty of water.
Do warm water gargles.
Ok and take care.
