I went for a scan today and I was given a result that reads Uss shows a bulky sized uterus with an AP diameter of 5.6cm,the myometrium is heterogenous in echo texture and expanded with solid tissue masses measuring 3.0cm by 2.2cm in the anterior wall both adnexae are free no free pelvic collection sighted.what does this mean?and I have been bleeding after my mensuration for days
