I had a radical hysterectomy 5 years ago. Every since when I pee and wipe there is sometimes brown on the toilet paper. I have chronic constipation and sometime use vaginal stimulation to help and the toilet paper is reddish brown every time. Any answers?

Hi,

Indication for radical hysterectomy needs to be considered. Bleeding on toilet paper after urination / vaginally stimulation 5 years after hysterectomy should be checked with an expert gynecologist, along with needful Pap smear / biopsy as per need, followed by specific treatment as advised.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
