What Does Anteverted Uterus With Intramural Myoma Nodule Mean?

This is he result of my TVS: normal sized anteverted uterus with intramural myoma nodule; thickened endometrium; consider cysic follicle in right ovary measures 29.9 x 28.6 mm; unremarkable left ovary; no free fluid in the cul-de-sac; kindly explain me what is this. I am almost 50 yrs old.

1.Antiverted uterus is one of the normal type when uterus towards over bladder.
2.Myoma is the lesions in the myometrium -uterine fibroid, which may cause excessive bleeding, some cases with out bleed.
3.Initially one will try to tray with hormonal treatment, if doesn't work - hysterectomy is treatment of choice.
4.Cyst looks like simple according to your symptoms, needs monitoring.
5.Depending upon the symptoms and severity treatment / operative procedure is decided.
