Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Your report suggest anteverted bulky uterus means uterus is enlarged in size.Anteverted is the normal position of uterus in which uterus is leaned towards urinary bladder.
But main concerning finding is partial hydatiform mole.Partial hydatidiform mole (PHD) is a sub type of a hydatidiform mole which falls under the spectrum of gestational trophoblastic disease.
Hydatidiform pregnancy is an abnormal form of pregnancy in which a non-viable fertilized egg implants in the uterus and it fails to develop.

Hydatidiform moles should be treated by evacuating the uterus by uterine suction or by surgical curettage as soon as possible after diagnosis in order to avoid the risks of choriocarcinoma and bleeding.

Hope i have answered your query.
Take Care
