my ecg report shows rate 98, PR132, QRSD 83, QT 336, QTC 429 AXIX P-59, QRS 94. T37

SINUS RHYTHM .......NORMAL PAZIS , V- RATE 950-99)

BORDERLINE RIGHT AXIS DEVIATION ......... QRS AXIS (90,110)

ST ELEVATION, CONSIDER ANERIOR INJURY......... ST>0.15MV, V1-V5



ABNORMAL ECG

Hi....i tell you in short....anterior injury in ECG means anterior wall myocardial infarction with ST segment elevation in anterior leads (V3, V4) and reciprocal ST segment depression in inferior leads (II, III, avF)
According to ACC/AHA guidelines ST elevation of greater or equal to 0.2MV in men and greater than 0.15 MV in females in chest leads is significant...
