F1-fundic fibroid 4.6×4.1×4.0 F2-posterior wall subserosal fibroid 5.5×5.0×4.0 F3-anterior wallintramural fib-2.2×2.0cms F4- anterior wakl intramural fibroid 17×1.1 F5- anterior wall intramural fib 2.7×2.6Endometrial thickness is 5.1 Few cervical Nabothian cysts are seen.Uterus is anteverted and bulky-12.0×9.0×8.7 There is no adnexal mass or free fluid in the pouch of Douglas.
