Rashmi Pandey, 29 age , first pregnancy 4 months . LMP:- 08/02/14 EDD by LMP 15/11/14 , G.A. by U.S.G. : 18W/0D, EDD by USG- 18/11/14. Number of foetus: single Status: Alive Foetal movements: present, adequate Foetal cardiac pulsations: 150/ M.regular Presentations: variable Placenta: anterior left lateral and the margin of placenta is 3.6 cms from the os. Cervix: 4.2 cms Internal Os:closed Amniotic fluid: Adequate for gestational age FOETAL PARAMETERS :- B.P.D :- 39 mm. Compatible with 18 wks. 0 day Femur:- 26mm.. compatible with 17 wks 6 day Head circumference:- 148 mm. Compatible with 17 wks 6 day Abdominal circumference:- 129mm.compatible with 18 wks 3 day Estmted foetal weight:- 224 gms. FOETAL ANAMELIES:- NO congenital foetal anamelies noted, it should be noted that all foetal anamelies are not able to detect on USG There is small amount of anechoic retro- placental collection noted, the valume is 15 ccs. your baby looks normal from the above scan report
an echoic most of it resolves spontaneously
if there is no abdominal pain or bleeding per vaginum there is nothing to worry
in repeat scan after 4 to 6 weeks the clots size needs to be assesed
