What Does A Slight Depression On The Head Indicate?

Hi Doc.I just noticed an unusual slight depression on the top,middle portion of the head of my 20-year old daughter.When pressed down,she feels a slight pain, and the depressed portion is not as hard as her normal skull. What do you think is this, and please give us guidance on what to do. Thank you so much.

normal depression
old depressed fracture
This carries no significance.
