What Does A Large Well-circumscribed, Mixed Echogenic SOL With A Small Anechoic Area Seen In The Right Adnexa Mean?
I am guardian of 12 year old girl. I have USG lower abdomen finidings of her : A large well-circumscribed, mixed echogenic SOL (measuring 98x57 mm) with a small anechoic area within is seen in the right adnexae. Right overy not seen respectively. please guide me to the proper treatment

It is a cyst in the ovary. Most probably it will be a benign (non cancerous) thing. Consult a gynecologist and he will direct you accordingly.
