I am guardian of 12 year old girl. I have USG lower abdomen finidings of her : A large well-circumscribed, mixed echogenic SOL (measuring 98x57 mm) with a small anechoic area within is seen in the right adnexae. Right overy not seen respectively. please guide me to the proper treatment
