General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It could be a pelvic collection or small cyst.

Another possibility is endometriosis.

Consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.

A follow up is scan is required preferably after two weeks.

If size is increased in the follow-up scan, a laparoscopic examination might be ordered.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
General & Family Physician
