Hi Jugnu sharma,
Your HbA1C report is borderline. It indicates three month control of sugar and there is a high chance of you moving over to Diabetes mellitus.
Fasting and post prandial blood sugar are within normal limits.
As HbA1C is borderline, you need to continue your active lifestyle with weight control and low carbohydrate diet.
You can get another test after three months of active control to verify HbA1C levels. Any further increase after making lifestyle modifications requires medications.
You need to control or give up smoking as it compound inflammation and further deterioration in control of diabetes mellitus.
Hope this helps.
Any further query, happy to help again.
