What Do The Findings In MRI For Back Pain Suggest?

Hi Doctor,
My mom is suffering from back pain and pain beside the breast besically in ribs. Doctor has done MRI two times. MRI reports say "central vertebral collapse of D11 vertibra with marrow edema. L1vertebral hemangioma. Dorso lumber spondylosis as described.
Diffuse disc bulge seen at L3-L4 causing narrowing of bilateral neural foramina without canal stenosis.
Diffuse disc bulge seen at L4-L5 causing obliteration of bilateral neural foramina without canal stenosis.
Diffuse disc bulge woth cental protrusion seen at L5-S1 causing oblitration of right and narrowing of left neural foramina without canal stenosis.

Her MRI report is suggestive of a vertebra collapse at dorsal spine level. That means there is fracture in spine, which can be due to weak bone,lack of calcium. L1 vertebra showing a hemangioma means a blood vessel tumour which is not a serious issue. Also there is disc herniation at lower back which is causing nerve compression. So at present i will suggest her to take regular calcium in diet and vitamin D3. Also she should take tablet Methylcobal and vitamin B12. She may have benefit if she wear Lumbosacral belt also.
