What Do Racing Heart, Headache And Minor Dizziness Suggest?

My heart rate is staying in the 90 s, my head hurts mildly, minor dizziness. Symptoms came on after eating. I do have SVT and an arrhythmia, but this is different. I also have hiatal hernia. My normal resting heart rate is in the low 80 s. Heart is racing. But I am sure it is not heart attack.

Heart rate in 90s is pretty normal. However, due to your history of SVT, this can trigger an episode. Please undergo tests for thyroid profile analysis.
You dont have to panic for your symptoms.
