What Do I Do For The Swollen Bottom Lip With Little Cut And The Top Tooth Purple In Olour After Falling Down?

Hi, my 3yr old child fell yesterday face first and her top teeth cut the inside of her bottom lip. It is not deep enough for stitches, or so I believe, and her lip today is very swollen with some white on it. Also her top teeth look purple and I am not sure if they are bruised or if it is stained from the blood because she hasn t ate or drank anything since. What do I do?

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having some infection at the site of fallen tooth with tooth injury on top tooth.
She might require one course of antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicine.
She requires proper cleaning of the wound and dressing.
Consult dentist and get examined.
Ok and take care.
